I built my first website in 2008. It took me twelve months — and I was hooked instantly. Tech, marketing, and sales, all wrapped into one thing. That was my lane, and I never left it.

I grew up around a general contractor — my father, who was also an artist and a business owner. He taught me the value of hard work; the military taught me the rest. So I understand small business from the inside, and I understand the trades.

Website technology keeps evolving — but most of the web still runs on WordPress, built back in 2003 and the most-attacked platform in the world. It's fine for plenty of companies. But there's far faster, more secure technology that, until recently, just wasn't within reach for a small business. AI changed that — it's making things that used to be expensive suddenly accessible. Websites are one of them.

Here's the hard part: your customers have endless choices. The average person sees around 100 marketing messages a day — whatever you sell, you're competing with the noise. And how people find businesses is changing fast. They're not all Googling anymore — more and more are asking ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
